Akaroa Harbour and Coastal Tours

Personalised trips around the harbour and out along the coast.  The scenery is stunning, to say the least, and because we have a small boat you are able to get in close to those special places.

High peaks, rocky outcrops, rugged coastline, jagged scenery, and wildlife all add to the experience. Your guide will be able to point out historic places and provide a commentary about the creation, settlement and unique history surrounding Akaroa and the harbour. He will bring to life the conflicts and settlement that has made Akaroa a special place for so many so you can leave with a better understanding of why they feel that way.

A camera is a must, as the  telling never seems to be as big as the reality. Trips run for 1.5 to 2 hours.
